The group will discuss: What challenges have your team faced in which a Gen Xer could play the role of mediator and connect two perspectives on an issue?
How can you help Gen X leverage the tough times in which they grew up to benefit younger team members who experienced tough times?
The Contribution of the Millennials (Generation Y)
The group will discuss: The largest chasm on work teams today is between Baby Boomers and Millennials? Do you see this? What can you do to bridge this chasm? How can you prepare the largest part of your workforce to lead your teams?
The Contribution of the Coronials (Generation Z)
The group will discuss: What changes should you make to connect better with Gen Z team members? As you reflect on the challenges this new team member brings into their career, how can you equip them to perform at their highest level?
During his 40-year career in workers’ compensation, safety, and risk management, Ronald consulted for manufacturing companies in the following sectors: food, beverage, tobacco, textiles, wood products (including furniture), paper mills, printers, chemicals, plastics, rubber, metals (including machine shops), machinery, transportation (including automotive), and glass products.
Ronald’s corporate experience included 25 years in leadership. He left corporate employment to devote full time to consulting in the areas of leadership development, coaching, and organizational performance improvement. Ronald is a Certified Safety Professional (retired); Certified Performance Technologist; Certified Coach, Speaker, and Trainer; and a Certified Behavioral Analysis Trainer.
