About Your facilitator

Ronald Graves

During his 40-year career in workers’ compensation, safety, and risk management, Ronald consulted for manufacturing companies in the following sectors: food, beverage, tobacco, textiles, wood products (including furniture), paper mills, printers, chemicals, plastics, rubber, metals (including machine shops), machinery, transportation (including automotive), and glass products.

Ronald’s corporate experience included 25 years in leadership. He left corporate employment to devote full time to consulting in the areas of leadership development, coaching, and organizational performance improvement. Ronald is a Certified Safety Professional (retired); Certified Performance Technologist; Certified Coach, Speaker, and Trainer; and a Certified Behavioral Analysis Trainer.

“Ronald has led two mastermind group studies for our associates, one for members of our plant management teams and the other for a team of corporate leaders. Both studies were very beneficial in the development and growth of our key people.

Everyone is required to contribute to the group discussion which is a major component of the sessions. They successfully apply the concepts learned through the mastermind to help lead their teams. The experience helped develop stronger peer relationships among the group participants.

Ronald’s presentation style is both instructive and participative. Ronald is quite adept at recognizing the experience and knowledge level of each group and has the ability to present the material in such a way that keeps the groups focused and engaged. Our leadership teams still talk about their experience in a positive way many months later. I would highly recommend Ronald’s mastermind group studies for your leaders.”
